I have completed every run so far, but I am really worried about doing 20 minutes for week 5 run 3. I honestly dont think I will be able to do it.
How did everyone else find it??

The anticipation is worse than the reality!
Take it slow and easy, trust the force young lozzles
I agree with Greg, everyone seems to dread this one and it really is fine if you listen to Laura and take it easy. You'll do it
Looking back, this one had absolutely nothing to do with legs or lungs, it was all in my head, and learning that I really could do it - just set off steadily and you'll get there.
In fact you'll soon be looking forward to continuous runs and getting a little further each time you go out for a run.
I agree, the hardest battle is the one in your head, you will be able to do this, just keep repeating it! good luck, it is such a wonderful feeling when it's done, I really didn't believe all the folks who kept saying it to me, just remember you have got this far already, so there is no reason to expect you won't be able to do it!
It is a mental challenge for sure lozzles, don't worry about the legs and lungs - take it easy, you can do it!! We have all been there, and so far I've not read of anyone who did not finish the twenty, as long as they listened to the advice given. Better to start out slow, slow, slow and be able to finish a bit faster if you have something in the tank at the end.
Go!!

I was terrified by the thought of doing this run but as the others have said , its more of a mental challenge than a physical one . Listen to Laura and believe in yourself and you will be fine . Good luck
Echo all the above - and just to add that in a few short weeks you'll be running 30 mins for the first time - and wishing you 'only' had to do 20!! You will be fine, honestly - I was (although I did have to have some serious chats with my demons the couple of days beforehand!). Well done for getting this far
I've completed the dreaded Wk5 Run3 tonight and feel on top of the world. I felt so anxious before starting it and was really unsure if I'd manage it, but I did it! You can do it and you'll feel fab - good luck!!
Yup, All in the head, I dreaded it but did it and the next week too, If I can so can you! Keep going, don't give up,
I agree with everyone else, it is all in your head, I did mine yesterday, nearly talked myself out of it, but so glad I didn't!!! Found it quite emotional and have been on cloud 9 since Starting week 6 early tomorrow.
Good running
