Could someone tell me where I can find the podcasts for B210K? I'm a C25K graduate and just completed my first 5K race this morning, which means I'm feeling all motivated!

Hi both,

I can send you them on disc. They are large files and won't go on my msn hotmail. They used to be available on facebook's B210k discussions page but that page has disappeared. Glad I saved them, I've sent out about 6/7 already, but couldn't afford to keep covering the postage costs myself (I was doing it for free) so if you can send me an SAE I'll send them straight back. If interested let me know and I'll send you my address.
