Wondering if anyone else is on this at the mo? I did my first run of week 3 today, 3x17minute runs with one minute walking inbetween, I'm actually surprised at how well it's going so far, yes difficult in places but I find myself being more determined and sure that I am able to push on and keep going! How is anyone else finding it? x

Have also starting doing the B210K run but only once a week.
Dispensed with week 1 quickly as I could not hear what Sam was saying. On Thursday did week 2, managed to do almost 9k with warm up and cool down. But varying my runs with stamina podcast too which I think helped.

I had trouble hearing the prompts to run/walk etc so gave up - was also finding it quite tough physically. Have been doing Stamina instead, much prefer Laura as a coach, wish she would do a 10k app.
They are quite quiet I agree! I'm sticking with them though, I like having songs I (mostly) know, although I would again much prefer Laura as she encourages you throughout rather than just telling you when to go and stop. I tried with just my own music though and I think I just need the extra bit of structure having a proper podcast gives me. My speed is quite slow but I'm happpy with my progress so far in week 3 yesterday I did 7.7k. Good luck you guys x
I've tried these podcasts, and although the variety of music is great, I do find Sams prompts extremely quiet, and I find it difficult to anticipate when they're coming (if I'm really flagging) as they don't match with a natural break in the music like they do in C25k.
I still do the C25K+ podcasts as well, to maintain pace and hopefully improve. I don't think I'll be actually running 10k for many months yet!
Hi yes I am following this plan too and really enjoying it.Not had a problem with it being quiet.I can't believe how long I am now running and how much stamina I have.I have just finished week 2 at 7km in the 47mins so not the fastest.Still waiting to achieve 5km in 30 mins too but hey ho I'll do it one day,hoping these longer runs will help!
Vengadriver : me too! I'm not too worried about my speed though like you I'm just amazed at how much I'm managing, so far it has been easier than I expected at the beginning it seemed very daunting!
