Morning all.

I haven’t been on for a while. My knee is still bothering me. It’s difficult to pinpoint exactly what the problem is but it’s getting there slowly. I may need to have a scan. Physio thinks it might be a pinched nerve or bursitis. I did 15 minutes slow walk on the treadmill yesterday after having acupuncture. That’s the most I have done since Christmas Day. So it’s a start I guess. I hope you are all well.

How frustrating that you haven't got a definitive diagnosis yet. A scan sounds like a really good idea.Well done on your progress to date, hope your problems can be resolved soon.
