Been a while since I posted on here, but that doesn't mean I haven't following your exploits or that I had hung up my running shoes. Still looking to run 3 or 4 times a week, running outdoors when I can but a lot of treadmill running coming up.
Did a 5k tonight, reasonably consistent pace other than the third km which was all uphill and into a headwind, wherever you are on the programme, keep going and enjoy your running

Wherever I end up with this running malarkey, it all started here and I owe the C25K programme and this forum a huge debt of gratitude for that, and how could I not keep an eye on the mischievous sallenson 😉
Had been struggling with gremlins for a while, but I kept thinking of my virtual running buddies tonight and you pushed me up that hill, so thank you xx
Turned into a lurker on here lol, as I said still doing my running, and still enjoying seeing all the next generation of runners starting and graduating, such an uplifting place
