It seems that several (3) of us planning graduation runs on Sunday are scattered all over Europe - Italy, Portugal and Cornwall. We plan to start on the dot of 8/9 am depending on time zone.

If anyone else can join us, we might make the earth tilt on its axis.

How many can we enlist? It doesn't even need to be a graduation run. Just a commitment to start your 30 minutes at that time. Graduation is just for those on W9R3 but all are welcome.

I don't do dry January but I'm off alcohol until Easter so I don't have that decision to make. Lovely busy day at work so I'm a bit tired.

I’m off alcohol except when going out and once at the weekend. Which sounds flaky but it feels more of a lifestyle choice permanently rather than being on/off. Excited about tomorrow hoping weather is kinder and am going to Baghdad roundabout route I reckon…
