The Earth didn't move but I think at least two of us have graduated this morning.

Early starts for Jancanrunagain in Italy, and me in Cornwall, and, I hope MintT in Portugal. Beautiful if chilly morning for the big run and I had enough left for a faster final 60 seconds.

Thrilled to have re-graduated - hopefully, it will be third time lucky for keeping up the practice so I'm off to research next steps for after I have repeated the 30 minutes a few times.

And justly so. Well done for getting up so early - easier for me when I am used to it and a natural early riser. And now for getting on with a beautiful day.

Congratulations, Jan. It's been fun sharing this with you and I hope we can continue our mutual encouragement society to keep up the momentum.

I’m going to redo W9 and then look at the cheeky extra runs… Probably Tuesday but we have another day of rosemary planting coming up and it’s weather dependent

Great job and the earth did move because three committed strong women made it so…

I'm feeling both Italian and Portuguese at the moment because I found out last week that my son and his fiancée are taking me to the Azores in May so I have added Portuguese to my language learning alongside Italian. It's a hard one. Nothing sounds the same. Do you speak it well?

Our Portuguese friends tell us the Azores are really really beautiful. I hope you have a wonderful time. I think April/May and then Autumn are the best times to visit there.

I continue to learn Portuguese. I certainly understand much more than I can speak. My difficulty is It’s very nasal pronunciation, different verb endings and nouns are either feminine or masculine and therefore if feminine generally end in (a) masculine (o) Like U.K. different regions have their own dialect and sometimes words.

Thank you a woman would say obrigada a male obrigado . That all said it’s good for the brain, patterns start to emerge and the Portuguese are friendly and encouraging. Like most countries appreciate it when you try!
