I am happy to have completed this run! What helped me was finding a flatter route and really slowing down. I do think it is more of a mental game now. 5 minutes feels like forever but as long as you go slow you do it and go further in the program! Thanks to the community! On my last post I think it was an off day which I know from the comments can happen.
