Week 4 run 1 done

I can't believe I have just done 2 five minute runs - they made the three minute runs seem easy by Comparison, clever Laura! After the first five minute run, had the biggest beam on My face, people must have thought I was mad. Did cheat a bit as most of the longer runs were, for a change, on the flat or downhill but hey, I did it.

All you people out there just starting, After W1R1 I would never have believed I would be able to run for 2 minutes let alone 5, you can do it.

  • Well done, that's really good. Just done w4r1 too. Good luck !

  • Thanks. Good luck as well

  • She quite clever, actually, that Laura. She sneaks up and suddenly you realise you are running for times you never imagined would be possible. Imagine what a big smile you will have when you run for 30 mins non stop!

  • Think that may take a while but hopefully will get there in the end.

  • You will most definitely get there. My thought process was exactly the same as yours but I've just graduated so the proof and theory is definitely out there. Stick with it, you'll most definitely get there x

  • Well done on graduating, and I WILL get there (take note negative voice in my head)

  • Me too, this morning. Great feeling isn't it :) :)

  • Must admit was smiling like a Cheshire cat lol

  • seem there are a few of us just completed Wk4 Run 1 well done to ALL, its that second 5 mins that seem like an hour !!

  • My second 5 mins was slightly down hill most of the way so not quite as bad as the first! Good luck to all doing W4R2, hopefully it will seen easier.
