Week 6 day 2: Finally got up at 5am !!

Omg, I’ve always wanted to be one of those that got up earl and saw the sunrise!

Havn’t managed it for a year or so, I am not naturally a Lark.

But today I got up at 5am, (at sunrise, not before) had some water, skipped the 2 cups of tea, straight to the coffee and out . Yayyyyyyy!

Beautiful of course. Run then swim.

It is 10am now and over 36 degrees C already here in Freo, Australia 😱

From here on it looks like I’ll have to keep it up for the summer months … yikes!

Well done! It's always a goal of mine because it really does get a day off to a great start ... but rarely comes to fruition for me. It always surprises me how long getting dressed and having a cup of tea takes!!! Oh, and that virtuous feeling for the rest of the day is so worth it 😇

You are so right about feeling virtuous, look how quick I was to tell you all about it 😂.

I am bathing in smugness haha

Early sounds good to me... especially when the temperatures soar! It is a tad different here in the UK at 5.a.m... it is only 2 degrees...I am in bed, with morning cuppa!

Huge well done to you!

Well done from another non lark 😁Even when it's really hot I just can't seem to get moving before 8-8.30. Where I'm staying now it's not daylight until around 9 and the temperature outside is only just above freezing. Haven't seen sunshine for days. Guess whose running just isn't happening?

Enjoy your Aussie summer! Western Australia is beautiful.
