Week 6 run 3 finally completed.

Tried 1st on Saturday, got to 12.5 mins and couldn’t face another 12.5 so just gave up 🤬 my first fail. Yes I know we don’t use the f word here and that was what I told myself along with just use it as a test run. So yesterday did a 4 mike brisk walk and thought don’t think about tomorrow.

This morning thought it’s raining and windy you’ll never do it 😩 at least give yourself a fighting chance. Then thought to heck with that if you “f” again just treat it as another test run🤔😳🤔

But guess what I only went and did it 🤪🤪🤪

Week 7 here I come 👏👏👏

Very well done.. relax into these runs now and take it slow and steady as you move on:)

Wonderful! Very well done. 😃Also, there’s nothing wrong with a practice run - they just happen sometimes for all sorts of reasons.

Go slowly, gently and relaxed in W7. I found it helpful to chop the time up into short sections in my mind. 😀
