Well it's been over a week since I did the infamous w5r3 20 minutes. I haven't been idle just life getting in the way. I did w5r3 on Friday then I had registered for a Cancer Council women's 5k on the Sunday so i just went with the flow on that one .. no podcast. I did it in 42 min and guesstimate i only walked for less than 10 mins split over the whole run. A busy time at work and Monday bootcamp Tuesday visitors Wednesday boxing made me tired so I had Thursday and Friday as rest days then did my local parkrun Saturday...again with no podcast but happy with how long i managed to run b4 a little bit of walking. Anyway tonight after work i finally got around to w6r1 and tried out my new Bluetooth headphones...success all round. Boxing again tomorrow and planning w6r2 for Thursday...whew.ππ΄

Wow! You are one busy runner, you must have built up a lot of stamina with such a full-on schedule. Don't forget to rest and recover π
Haha thanks...I do try to have rest days but I just LOVE bootcamp especially boxing..very therapeutic..nothing like it for relieving stress. I am absolutely determined though to learn to run properly so I just need to juggle the schedule better lol
Wow - well done you!
Bluetooth earphones are a gamechanger too!!!
