OK, after finding where the exercise goblins hid my running socks and Hubby-to-Be dropped me at the park, I was ready to do my brisk 5 minute warm up. Once again amazed at how much my stamina for a 90s run has improved over a week and a half.
Yes, I had moments of 'good gods, it's got ot be only 10 seconds into it...I want to stop. I *checks phone* have 20 seconds left of this run...OK, fine" and there's still the resistance to exercise in my psyche, but as much as I don't want to do it, I hate myself more for not doing it (does that make sense) and once again, I managed to shake off the 'stay at home' goblins.
And here's me after the day's programme was over (yes, that's outdoor equipment in the background, yes I use it as part of my cool down walk)
