Week 2, Day 2

OK, after finding where the exercise goblins hid my running socks and Hubby-to-Be dropped me at the park, I was ready to do my brisk 5 minute warm up. Once again amazed at how much my stamina for a 90s run has improved over a week and a half.

Yes, I had moments of 'good gods, it's got ot be only 10 seconds into it...I want to stop. I *checks phone* have 20 seconds left of this run...OK, fine" and there's still the resistance to exercise in my psyche, but as much as I don't want to do it, I hate myself more for not doing it (does that make sense) and once again, I managed to shake off the 'stay at home' goblins.

And here's me after the day's programme was over (yes, that's outdoor equipment in the background, yes I use it as part of my cool down walk)

Well done on beating those gremlins.

Pysche is definitely key in this running lark.

Very well done.. you are doing brilliantly! Ignore those pesky gremlins.. hopefully the colder weather will freeze them into silence!

I was chanting to myself 'wedding photos! wedding! Photos!' as I came up to my last 90second run
