It's only taken me 5 months but taking it slowly this time has paid off for me.
This week I have completed the final two runs in week 9 and both went well. I just jogged along at a steady pace and felt okay at the end of the run, only slightly light headed when I slowed for the final 5 minute walk. Got home, stretched and continued on with the day. No niggles, no hip pain.
