Forgot to post yesterday! W7 R2 completed yesterday. Lots of rain had fallen on Monday so decided to find a route outside of the woods, especially as I had to been done and out again before nine o’clock. If Tia runs in the mud it takes ages to get her clean and dry again. I can hear those of you who have to go to work sighing, I’m lucky, most days I have time to spare!!
Run went well but not as enjoyable as running amongst the sights and sounds of nature. Quite a bit faster as I found a fairly flat circuit. Poor Tia wondered what was happening as we went round the same triangle 5 times! One more run on English soil on Friday, then off to Spain, on Saturday.
