A day late but...

Yesterday's snowstorm vanished after a sudden warming spell so that as I went out tonight I only had to contend with rain and wind and dark. Not particularly cold at all but plenty wild. My pace was definitely slowed as the wind pushed me back. It felt like a 25 minute warm up and a five minute run!! But it was kind of fun and crazy like when you go out in the rain as a kid. So 30 minutes of slow jogging and and one terrifying zombie chase...

I am starting to feel stronger though generally, like I can hold myself up taller, leaving more room for my legs to swing. Maybe I will try yoga tomorrow. But it's at lunchtime!!! That is so so wrong.

Happy Thanksgiving if you celebrate! We will make our dinner on Sunday instead of tonight.

Well done I was out this morning and quite windy here, made it feel like I was running through treacle

The weather is a bit crazy at the moment!!!best to embrace the madness & go for it 😊

Well at least you didn’t have to run in snow shoes! Thank heavens for that. Well done on getting out, in the rain and dark oh and the wind too. Truly committed running

Wow, you're becoming a specialist runner in extreme weather conditions! Well done! I envy you to a certain extent (not the extreme conditions though ;-): I'm stuck on the couch with a terrible sorethroat and I haven't been able to run since Sunday. So reading you is like a run in the wild North!

Having said yesterday that England has had good weather this year, last night wind and rain kept most of the nation awake all night!!

You are doing a great job battling the elements - and zombies!
