A day late!

So I had to wait an extra day to do W1R2! No chance yesterday as busy with the little people while my wife did a 10k tough mudder! That'll be me next year! Still did my second run today, also had a bit of a podcast malfunction, but went ahead and ran. So far so good, not finding it too hard. Bit worried about my knee, few twinges. slow and steady.

  • Well done big fella. Yeap slow and steady is the mantra here x

  • Fantastic Big Fella , Well done !

Yes slow and steady, that's the way . Have you tried icing your knee at all ? Hope youre okay xxx

  • No, no ice yet. I'm hoping slow and steady will see me alright and it's just bit of "getting used to it"

  • It's done and you kept going well done even with twinges. I am constantly having technical probs and I know I'm not alone. Worth checking what you need to do before you start the run just in case it goes off part the way through and you can roughly sort of adlib it. I had to early on when it was swapping between runs and walks several times.

  • yes...I've also downloaded and app to the phone, not quite the same, but if the podcast fails, I have a back up plan!

  • Go Big fella! You nailed it... watch the knee though.. tricky little blighters!

  • Well done... And well done to your wife, hope she enjoyed it??

  • She did - you had fantastic time.

  • Well done - just keep plugging away there!
