I finished Wk9 R3 yesterday. I can't believe I have actually done it. Pleased to see I can stay with Steve Cram for the "Beyond" part!Thanks everyone for your support and kindness- I have had trouble posting or liking anything (had to clear cache), but have been looking in.

Aw.. thank you so much everyone, I wasn't expecting so many lovely responses, it means a lot. When I saw a "graduate" next to a name... I thought "those are the professionals" - and no doubt many are... and others maybe, like me, a little baffled that it's worked 😂.

Have completed one of each of the Stepping Stones runs now (40 mins- how does that even happen??).
