A bit unusual for me not to post after a run! You can tell school has started again as I’m getting slack!
I did my run yesterday and not too much to report other than I ran 30mins! A little blip on my hill where I did stop and walk very briefly but all in all not a bad run. I forgot to put strava on so still not sure what distance I can do in 30mins but will make sure it’s on next time!

Im sure its all go now Dee. I certainly miss the quieter traffic in the morning. But we soon get used to it again. Have a great start to the new school year! 😁❤️

I'm sure its going to be really busy for you Dee and all of the the kids will be raring to go in their new classes. Aaah! But do remember to take a little time out for you and keep going out for a nice relaxing run. I'm back to travelling for work again tomorrow too and it feels quite full on already! 😬 I'm tired just thinking about it. So the running therapy goes for me too. 😍❤️
Travelling is certainly tiring! I used to do a lot of that myself in my old role. What do you do? Thanks lovely!! So glad to have my VRB’s on here 😘😘😘

I'm a HR Consultant Dee! I do love my job and even the travelling bit, but I've not had to travel for a few weeks and it was only decided today that I'm flying out tomorrow. It feels like hard work to pack right now. I should probably go and do that now actually. Catch up soon VRB! Have a great first day with the kids! ❤️
