Well that's week3 done, was supposed to finish last night but was so tired and late home I put it off, so as soon as I got in today I changed and went for the run.
Week4 next which looking at posts is the one a lot of people are concerned about, but you know you all get through it and why... because you are all amazing and determined, so with that thought in my head I will give it my best... 😀
Yay!! We're at the same point again!! I'm starting WK4R1 tomorrow morning bright and early.
I really enjoyed WK3 so let's hope I feel the same about WK4 😏
