To day I completed my 9 wks of Couch25k. Wow it's been a blast now to keep on running and keep on improving and keeping in touch with Couch25k thankyou for all the help and encouragement .

Well Done Youngster. Great feeling isn't it? I had no desire to go further or faster, and have settled into a routine of a 30 minute level 'out and back' run on alternate days,accompanied by Downloads of Liza Tarbuck's Radio 2 Saturday prog . Different music and a bit of fun too. Whatever you decide, just have Fun doing it
