W9R3 completed. The first kilometre was run at my fastest pace yet so I am speeding up naturally but still very slow.
Aiming to run 3 times a week; twice with my running group and one on my own. My next goal is to run a 5k so I guess I need to add extra time to my runs now. So, so happy. I'm an obese older lady but I can run 2 miles. Me!
