Second time on c25k finding it tough on w7 runs . huge jump in running time. it was putting me off running. So went back to w6r2 . instead of walking carried on running. Ran 23 instead of 25 for w7 runs. this was better and more importantly got enthusiasm back.

That's so good to read. I remember really struggling with the longer runs and took them slower and slower. Sounds like you've found a good balance for you. Keep going, there comes a time when running feels good 😊

Sorry to hear you're struggling.
In what way is W7 a "huge jump in running time" ?
Its the individual segment times. most before 10 mins or less. w5 end run 20 mins then back to 10 mins or less for segments. I think it would be better for incremental steps to build up stamina on individual segment times . It is a lot of mental block admittedly. I have done it before so know I can and that the fitness will come with it.
