Week 7 Run 2

Really didn't want to go this morning. My legs have really ached as I've started to do the longer runs, but my brain was saying just go and try. Never thought I would say this but I miss my run if I can't go on the days I usually do. Anyway to cut a long story short I went and for about 5 minutes the run was hard and I felt stiff but took it slow and steady and finally managed the 25 minutes. So glad I went those gremlins must have been about this morning! X

  • Great gremlin beating!! I was due to do w7r2 on Monday but for the first time in this programme just could not make myself go out, but I am ready to go this eve :-)

  • I did my run 2 this morning, though aching from a fair bit of exercise this week! Found it hard but just kept moving - I'm not about to start stopping after all these weeks!!! Run 3 is on Saturday, good luck with yours! I've just downloaded run keeper and bought a Fitbit so I can track distance and speed now!
