Really enjoyed it,still find it hard to believe that I can now run for such a time and feel ok about it . One happy chappy !

Lol hopefully yes !, Doing a Parkrun this Saturday and I have my first proper 5 k run on 24 th September in Preston. So looking forward to it :)

Doing Parkrun on the 16th a little ahead of WK9 but friends are going to be running with me.

Same as me, not sure I can honestly say the word enjoyed, however the glow of achievement in the hours following is saving the lighting bill here.
