A other gap in runs for me, almost a week. I'm blaming the husband and kids being home π tried not to let myself overthink it though, I stressed about it last week and managed to complete it (with the fabulous help from you lovely lot) so just got up and went this morning.
Lovely and peaceful on the field as always. Nice and cool too, September just smells different doesn't it π
I found it hard again, but just took it slow, I completed it without stopping. One more to go before week 8, I really dont feel I could go on for another 3 minutes at the moment but then I often surprise myself. Hoping the last run on this week will feel more comfortable
I'm not going to analyse it too much, I've learnt for many reasons some runs are harder than others and some more mentally challenging than others. Right now I'm nearing the end of week 7 and that makes me super proud π

I can't believe I'm almost at week 8, hopefully will finish week 7 on Friday, next week kids return to school so will hopefully complete the course with a better routine, feels all over the place at the moment
Assuming that you run at an average pace of 8min/km, which is 7.5km/h, and the total running time in the nine weeks of C25K is a hair over 8 hours, the length of your journey is approximately 60km or just over 37 miles. π
