Well I think I can say that was a-maz-ing

A beautiful morning for a run - cool but dry and no ice.

So I set off and decided to do 2x5 minute runs with a little walk in between.

Physio had said on Friday to do runs with intervals for the next few weeks and to keep up the exercises he has given me and I don’t need to see him unless I feel I need to.

Now I’m back and my ankle/ heel is feeling happy still so it’s all good so far 🤞🤞🤞

Congratulations to you Scruff55 on completing those 2x5 minute runs on a lovely morning, that's about similar to the runs of week 4 of C25K, as your physio says do those interval runs for the next few weeks, so you could keep to the runs of week 4 for a little while, so glad that your ankle/heel is feeling happy, onwards and upwards ✔️👍

Thank you. Yes I’ll just keep increasing slowly 🤞I’ll get past week 4 🤣🤣

Yes you could eventually go to run 3 of week 5 but only after your physio tells you that you are ready to do so

He did say to take it slowly so Ill be sticking to week 4 for a while I think.

I do hope so but for the moment I’m happy just to get out there for interval runs.
