Stalled again!

Just before new year i got to Week7 and did 2 of the 25 minute runs, then didn't run for a week but still managed another 25 minute run. I haven't run now for 3 weeks due to various illnesses and don't know where to pick up from. Any advice please?

Welcome back! I’d go out for a comfortable jog with no expectations or pressure and see where that fits best. Often people restart from week 3 but after a short gap, you might find you’ve kept more of your fitness than you expect. Saying that. If you’ve been ill you might prefer to take it extra gently to start with. Good luck to you!

Head out as  MissUnderstanding says.. if it all feels comfortable and fun, then make a decision, if you want to build back gently head back a week or so, or carry on, but slow and steadier than normal.

Hopefully you are feeling quite well now, if not make sure you do before heading out :)

Exactly what MissUnderstanding says, just take it steady and see what happens, you might surprise yourself
