Still not 100%, the actual 'run' was great, it was the runny nose that got on my nerves, that didn't start until about 16-17 minutes in.Another one down, week 8 starts Monday.
After a large chest and back session in the gym yesterday I do ache a bit this morning but I'm expecting that to increase over today and die down tomorrow.
Happy running everyone!

Keep getting ideas on what's next, obviously consolidation runs, then I was thinking Week 1 Run 1, jogging the walking bits and sprinting the run parts.
A shorter faster run, possible starting off with either Week 5 Run 2 or Week 6 Run 2, working up to Week 5 Run 3 as the fast run.
That would leave one run for a lazy long run.
Then there's the 10k too, options, options, options.
I carry a large cotton hankie, or two on longer runs, plus I wear a towelling wrist band. My nose runs like a tap so gotta be prepared 🤧 A Buff is another alternative, or one’s sleeve if needs be ☺️
Cotton hankies saved my bacon twice when I’ve tumbled and cut myself 🤕
