I completed week 7 this morning. After a bad run on Tuesday (run 2) due to the heat and not feeling the run I wasn't really looking forward to this run. I have been following the local park run route but decided to do it backwards this morning. I am so pleased that I went out at 5am as it was so much cooler. I was really happy that I managed to get further during the 25 minutes even though I felt that I ran a lot slower than normal. I think I have my running mojo back.
The only issue I am having is my left hip starts niggling towards the end of the run but this eases off during the cool down walk. I'll see how I feel on Saturday morning prior to my next run.
