I finished this run yesterday and for the first time I properly struggled! It was slow, but I finished it without stopping. After the cool down I got off the treadmill and felt so light headed. I think it was just an off day, as I found the same duration run exhilarating a couple of days ago. Anyone else found they have these random off days?

I think everyone has the odd off day where one day you can do a run no problem and a few days later the same run felt rubbish so don't worry it happens
I had a really off day yesterday - chronic stitch that actually stopped me in my tracks (with 60 seconds to go of my 30 minute run!), legs felt disconnected, no rhythm. Lots of people saying it's a blip, I am sure yours was too. Have a rest day and stay hydrated (possibly my problem, or part of it).
Most of your runs have been good, however, all of us have a bad run from time to time, just hope the next run which is the first of 3/28 minute runs on week 8 is far better, perhaps also with the weather no longer icy and in fact very spring like you might try and run the first run of week 8 outside and not on a treadmill.
I'm doing this run tonight! I loved the last run and had a really good 2-3 min sprint at the end! Will hopefully feel the same tonight
