Congratulations on finishing the first week. I started C25k due to being diagnosed with prediabetes and find the activity breeds more energy which in turn makes me more active still. My A1c kevel has just snuck back unto the normal range 6 weeks into the program.

Best of luck with week 2, keep at it and the prediabetes will get managed too.

You'll do it too, and I will post congrats to you when you're back in the safe zone . It will happen and you'll be so happy!

Huge congratulations! yes, the app is amazing but beware of a small problem that occurs if someone happens to call you while you're running and you answer it. I discovered the hard way that the call cuts off the timer on the app, so beware.......
