Well, I had been too worked up before I started this run so breathing all wrong. I set off after the walk but had to stop for inhaler. Set off again and had to stop coz I couldn't hear Steve. Hearing aids not connected to blue tooth. I did pause the run each time. Now I carried on feeling much better and the time went by quite quickly. Finished but don't know any details . I forgot to pause Strava! What a mess but somewhere in there I did my 28 mins run. Yeah!
W8 r1 awful. : Well, I had been too worked up... - Couch to 5K
W8 r1 awful.
Those runs when something doesn't go quite right are amazing because we learn 😁 but it's a bit like reverse parking a car, get it wrong angle first time and you go in and out loads of times but you do it in the end. Be very proud you did great
🍏 And I know all about those frustrations when one’s hearing aids don’t connect to Bluetooth etc!! You can feel quite disorientated too when you lose your trainers voice. However these runs teach us much about ourselves and about perseverance. On that level you win a gold star 🌟
Keep going Basil73 we’re so close! I did W8 R1 this evening and I found it quite tough. Even after 10mins I still hasn’t found my pace and struggled slightly with my breathing. We can do this, we’ve come so far and we can only learn from this for our next run. Don’t be disappointed, keep smashing it- you’re doing amazing!!
