So I was going to go out for my run after the match this evening but decided to go out just after half-time and record the match. Good job I did or I wouldn’t have made it out tonight!! Brilliant result from England 🏴!! Equally great result with my run. It felt really good and I didn’t notice the extra 3 minutes running. I started Strava after my warm-up walk today and stopped it when the running was complete. I usually start it as soon as I leave home and stop it when I get back home so it includes the warm up and cool down walks. Chuffed to bits to find I’d covered 4.1k in 28 mins. 5k is definitely achievable 👍😊..

Amazing Blonde! 4.1k in 28 is a fantastic run!
Although I can't believe you managed to tear yourself away from the England match!

Keep it slow and steady and just relax as you head to the podium
Last nights run felt so relaxed. I was in such a great rhythm and felt so comfortable I could’ve kept on running. But I was good and listened to Laura. I really feel like I’ve relaxed into my running now. The gremlins are there no more, I’ve proved time and time again I can do this. Enjoying it like you wouldn’t believe - hence tearing myself away from the match to go out! 😊😊
