Difficult one tonight, set off a bit too fast and therefore ended up running very slowly at the end. I made it, but it was a struggle to say the least. Onwards and upwards.

Well done - you are absolutely smashing it!

I think it’s super important to look back and see how far you’ve come - you’re so close to reaching your goal now!

On a personal level, I found Week 8 tough - I think purely because I wanted to be on Week 9 already! Take your time, remember it’s only 3 mins more than last week and just try and enjoy getting the miles under your feet before your victory lap next week!

Look forward to your celebrations next week!

Thank you!

You are right, now I’m so close to the end I feel like maybe I set off too fast, eager to get another run done and susted. Also I found my last 25 minute run easier so I probably expected it to be the same today, but each run is always so different.

Congratulations, you have graduated from the 'Grotty Run Challenge' that C25K presents to almost all of us somewhere in Weeks 7-9. It's the onwards and upwards that counts! (Mind you, you might not want to pick *too* upwards a route for next time...)
