Best run yet I think. No music because headphones broke but it made me run at a much more constant pace. I realise I sound like a steam engine but was actually quite liberating not constantly fussing with headphones as they fell out of my ears. The last 5 minutes felt v hard going but after putting in 23 already I was no way going to stop.

Have you got the 'over the ears' sport earphones? You have a cheap pair of JVC ones and they are fine. Drowns out the sound of my puffing and blowing!! 😂

I was looking at the bone conduction ones but they are soooo expensive. Might be something to think about for the future. 🙄

Yes , I've got aftershokz wired But the wire gets on my nerves the aftershokz wireless were too expensive , I looked at the Damson ones last year but still too much money . And then they came on offer ( only black the red is full price ) I love them , you soon forget you are wearing them , yes bone conductor ones

Just checked , they are still on offer , they are around 70 quid normally

Just invested in a pair of Damson and they were still on offer 😃 Tried them out last night - will take awhile to get used to them but definitely a bonus being able to hear the sounds around me 👍🏼 occasional jumping of music but not too bad on the whole. Nice not to get tangled up in wires! 🤗
