week 2 run 2? Done. LIKE A BOSS! 10pm, cold, dark, missly rain - no obsticle. All day yesterday felt so unproductive and then my spirits were lifted by a run of all things. It was just nice to feel like id acheived something no matter now small.
Now for celebratory wine, which im sure is not conducive to good running 
Neither is my beer or brandy! Face, bovvered Ed x
well done! the wine is good after a run, it relaxes the artery walls, allows more blood (therefore nutrients) to get to the muscles and stops arteries from hardening, or something like that

Agree with vivwestie. Next time I'm going to bed will think you are just heading out for your nightly run !! As for the wine...usually have a pint of squash and then a glass of something.never mind the artery walls. Relaxes me all over and I feel I've earned it x
