It's cold out there!

Just back from a lunch time W6R2! It was pretty chilly out there today ❄️ and I thought a lunch time run would be lighter and warmer. Still cold but I wore a beanie and soon warmed up. It was actually a beautiful day while I was out there.

The cold I've been struggling with is luckily subsiding but running in the cold temperature did make me phlegmy (sorry - gross I know). Lots of tissues used while runnning but on the whole, it went really well. Calves and ankles were a little tired and sore so I've finished with a good amount of stretching now I'm home.

Now the proper running starts again with the next run - wish me luck 🤞🍀

Had a few days extra between my runs due to being away for the weekend and not wanting to run in 50mph winds! Back at it tomorrow for run one of week five though 💪🏼
