Had to do a long run today. It was cold and windy and tough. We now know who ate all the mince pies.
Managed to struggle on but no PBs. Feel good now but still have to walk Rico - doh!

Yep, dogs don't walk themselves unfortunately. I expect he loves the snow. I was watching the pup next door experiencing her first snow last night. She was absolutely going mental in it! Her owner was throwing snowballs for her. I think she would have slept well last night bless her
A long run in less than ideal conditions is hard but it's got to be done. Once it's done though you feel glad you did it. I hope!
I am due to go out today but it's very snowy out there but the sun is up so hopefully I can get out before long
Like you say feel great now I'm back and Rico is tired. Time for a coffee and more festive food

Not been out yet. The pavements are filled with snow! The sun came out earlier and I thought the thaw was well underway but it's not really touched the snow on the pavements. Sigh
