1st run in week 12 completed.

Nothing special, just completed another run.

Rest was shorter due to last week's delay.

I faced a bit of knee pain, but finally

I finished the run.

One of the other small victories! :-)

Well done!Did you think 12 weeks ago that you would be able to run for that distance and the think of it as "just another run" ?

When I started again, I wasn't sure if I would even walk. It is brilliant! Thanks for the encouragement!
