That day when you want to sleep in a lot in the morning, but there is a bird sitting right outside the window whose name I don't know, but I know it has an ultrasonic voice that penetrates its limited and stupidly repetitive repertoire even a double-closed window and will reliably wake you up earlier than they wanted. After that every thing you reach for bounces back to the opposite side of what you want. The best time to get up and go for a run! π
When I went outside, it started to rain heavily. So I went back for better clothes.
When the warm-up 5-minute walk was over, the rain stopped.
So you did a good cardio π
But in the end, the run turned out much better than it seemed at the beginning. Today, the last run in the mountains in beautiful nature near the border with Poland. A good run can be good even after a hard morning! π

Well done on completing this run! One more that bites the dust! ππΌππΌππΌ And all the best in your next runs... What country are you in lusmo ? Because I have just double checked the map and several countries have a border with Poland... I love the photo, very atmospheric π
π€π€Where is that? Somewhere in the south of Europe? I am in the UK and it is overcast and fresh, quite good for running although the risk of getting drenched in the process is high! Next time will have to go jogging with my umbrellaβ
Yes, I'm in Portugal. So far we've missed the worst of the Cerberus heatwave but it's still hot! Overcast sounds refreshing! So does running in the rain although I wish I didn't wear glasses. The other morning I ran past a field with an irrigation pivot spraying over the road. I crossed from the other side to run through it and that will be the closest thing to running in the rain for a few more months.
I survived the heat in the mountains, but now I'm in a hot city. But it's not so bad in the morning. Yesterday we spent time underground and visited the local ossuary (said to be the second largest after Paris). Today we are going to the stalactite caves, where it is 8 degrees Celsius But otherwise it is already colder here.
PS: A friend just returned from a pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela, which he started from Portugal
