I had a weekend off and woke early today but I wasn’t really feeling it but got myself out of the door …5:35 am and the sun was just rising through the rain
warmed up nicely and completed my 30 minutes then a cool down 5 min walk and my stretching 🙆♂️……
Black coffee ..electrolytes and water now and intermittent fasting until 3pm that will be a 24 hour fast .
Shower and work soon have a great day whatever you guys are doing ..make it a great one 😊🥰👏💪

How have you been getting on with the fasting and running? I was wondering if I was running out of energy due to doing it, or if it was natural for a 5k.
I’ve been intermittent fasting for over a year now and it’s something you have to adapt to …but yes I have my last meal around 7pm and have my first meal the next day around 1pm …I only do this 5 times a week …then I break my fast with lean protein or a whole avocado 🥑..I always take plenary of water and take electrolytes after my run this helps a lot 👍
