Consolidation 5th run ✅

Been MIA but keeping up with consolidation runs just finished 5th run post graduating, I’ve added some low impact walking on my non run days too which I’m enjoying, can’t wait for when I can push for running 5k consistently 😀, but sticking to just doing 30mins at a slowish pace for now! Still enjoying that so no need to challenge myself quite yet!

Hey purple_ums! Sounds as though you’re enjoying your cons. runs 👍. Pretty much what I’m doing at the moment, just varying the routes and still amazed I can actually run! Keep up the brilliant work and happy running 🏃‍♀️😀👏🏼.

Yea, I found one new route which I have stuck with need to explore more haha, well done you too, I know... it’s seems crazy! X

Well done! What you’re doing is exactly right - just enjoy the 30 minute runs with no agenda. The whole point is to get your body used to running for 30 minutes, 3 times a week. To keep it interesting, you could try running somewhere new. 👏👏👏👍

Well done, you’re doing the right thing, there’s plenty of time to set yourself goals etc in the future. Not sure if I’ve suggested this to you before, but have you tried the Nike Run Club app? It’s free and it’s ideal for consolidation runs 👍
