Good luck! You don’t need it though-you did it last time which could be a source of confidence. It’ll come back! Did you have knee issues last time? It’s worth building in some strength and flex work to reduce your risk of having problems again. We’re got a sister forum here with ideas and support…

Hello and a big welcome! Now I should imagine that you’ve accomplished your first run and are now mulling it over. How did you get on? Was it what you expected ? I’m sure with already having started it a year ago you wouldn’t have forgotten much.

The age thing? Well that’s not a problem at all ….. I was I think 58 when I starting running again and I hadn’t ran for about 30 years. ( army veteran so had to run most days). One day I decided to start running again ,informed hubby ,downloaded C25K and the rest they say is history.

It brilliant that you are back out there and doing so well so a big pat on the back for you👋.

Look forward to reading about your progress.👍😂😂🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️x

Best of luck. Follow all the advice (warm up & stretches) and try to stay injury-free. You've got this.
