Firstly, I need to confess that I am very anxious or maybe scared to post it. As couple of times I tried to come back to running, the last time I decided to share my path with you and then I stopped running. Some breaks are due to illness, some other due to laziness, another time my mental health suffers.So unloading this from my chest, let's share some good news. I started running again I started from week 3 and I have now completed 5 runs, which took me up.to W4R3 which is due tomorrow. Well, it was due today or tomorrow, but I did some strengthening yesterday and my legs were too sore for a run.
I really need this habit to stick this time, as I really want to loose some weight and this is also good for my mental health. So please keep all your fingers crossed for my run tomorrow 💪
