Starting Over

Hi all

Last year I completed the C25K and was so proud of the achievement, I lost about 3 stone along the way and I felt healthy and strong...but then the mornings got darker and my bed got cosier...so here I am again ready to start over! I’ve got my alarm set for 6am tomorrow and all my running stuff laid out and ready...wish me luck 🤞🏻

Luck? You don’t need that... you know that you got it... enjoy the journey back. Oh and you have plenty of time to find a really uncomfortable bed for the winter 🤣.

How did it go? 😃

I done it 🎉 it was tougher than I expected, but having done it before I know it gets ‘easier’ where as the first time I done it running for 5 mins seemed impossible! I can’t wait to get there now! lol

Well done for starting again! And I'm particularly impressed you lost 3 stone when you first did the programme - I've not lost an ounce, despite following Slimming World as well as doing C25K! Like you, I'm starting again, not quite from scratch because I still do Park Run (well, Park little-run-big-walk!) on a Saturday, but I definitely need to go back to about the end of W4!

You'll be back up to that 30-minute run in no time!

Not what you're looking for?
