Last year I completed the C25K and was so proud of the achievement, I lost about 3 stone along the way and I felt healthy and strong...but then the mornings got darker and my bed got cosier...so here I am again ready to start over! Iโve got my alarm set for 6am tomorrow and all my running stuff laid out and ready...wish me luck ๐ค๐ป

Luck? You donโt need that... you know that you got it... enjoy the journey back. Oh and you have plenty of time to find a really uncomfortable bed for the winter ๐คฃ.
I done it ๐ it was tougher than I expected, but having done it before I know it gets โeasierโ where as the first time I done it running for 5 mins seemed impossible! I canโt wait to get there now! lol
Well done for starting again! And I'm particularly impressed you lost 3 stone when you first did the programme - I've not lost an ounce, despite following Slimming World as well as doing C25K! Like you, I'm starting again, not quite from scratch because I still do Park Run (well, Park little-run-big-walk!) on a Saturday, but I definitely need to go back to about the end of W4!
