Morning everyone completed couch25k in may last year. Was really proud of myself. Carried on for a few more weeks then just seemed to give up! Since then I’ve put a few pounds back on so set myself a target to start again. I didn’t start on week 1 as I thought that was too easy for me so started on week 3. I forgot just how challenging it was! Lol. Demanding to stick with it though as I feel such a sense of achievement when I’ve completed the run.

I finished in May last year too and have managed to keep going “just”. Had 6 weeks off in the summer due to decorating all day but started again by going back to Week 6 but caught up really quickly. Had an operation on my leg 10 days ago and will be out for a few weeks again. I will start walking first before easing myself back into running. You might be surprised that you will get back quicker than you think. Keep the hydration going and always have at least 1 rest day between runs. Good Luck 🏃‍♂️🏃🏼‍♀️
