I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve started from W1R1!
I’ve put more weight on now, possibly the heaviest I’ve ever been and I’ve already tried a route close to home but it was quite hilly.
So I’m thinking of trying to find somewhere flat, no hills to start again. I’ll do week1 and week2 as many times on the flat as I need to then move onto hills. That’s my plan ... any suggestions/advice welcome

Thank you so much! Two years ago I completed the Great North Run! I remember running past the 3 mile marker then that’s when I started walking then running! I have psychological obstacles around hills 😂
