Starting over AGAIN!

Fitternotfatter2020 profile image

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve started from W1R1!

I’ve put more weight on now, possibly the heaviest I’ve ever been and I’ve already tried a route close to home but it was quite hilly.

So I’m thinking of trying to find somewhere flat, no hills to start again. I’ll do week1 and week2 as many times on the flat as I need to then move onto hills. That’s my plan ... any suggestions/advice welcome

Good luck to you on starting C25K again, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, I hope you can complete the course this time. 😊 🏃🏾

Thank you for your words of encouragement! I know I’ve already ran 5k I’ve just totally let myself go!

I started C25K 4 times but yesterday I ran W9R3 - I’m not fast but I can now run for 30mins and if I can you can! Keep going it really is worth it 😊

Thank you so much! Two years ago I completed the Great North Run! I remember running past the 3 mile marker then that’s when I started walking then running! I have psychological obstacles around hills 😂
