And writing this post again - it keeps disappearing.
Week 9 Run 3 this morning in pouring rain, but I did it. I graduated for the first time in July 2014 after I was 60. I kept it up pretty well for the first couple of years, but more recently life has kept getting in the way, and i kept having gaps. All last year I kept stalling round about week 6 or 7. But today I've done it. And I must keep going this time - I'm supposed to be walking 26 miles on 2nd September in aid of the Alzheimers Trust. Wish me luck.
I'm nowhere near 5K. 40 mins was my best ever on that. So next week my plan is to see how far I can get in 35 Mins
And please Admin, can I have a new graduation badge? Pretty please
