Doing it properly this time strength training three days a week and gentle stretching everyday now. Two minor glitches but did it in the 9 weeks this time and am feeling fantastic!
Looking forward to consolidation runs and then getting to 60 mins of running (where I imagine Iβll get my actual 5k π€£)

I know but I hope in another 9 weeks to have completed consolidation and then the magic plan and run for 60 mins then at some point get the 10k π I shall enjoy this for now though!
